Brianna and Jennis’s love story started in the halls of their high school and followed them through college, through moving states, and now to their wedding day. These two are high school sweethearts who have not only grown up together but have grown in love together as well.

Jennis was the boy who picked her up for senior prom, and now he was the man Brianna was walking down the aisle too.

There is something special about photographing the wedding for two high school sweethearts. It is a love that Greg and I know very well. When you are high school sweethearts, you are in love before you truly know what love even is. You grow up together, you grow and evolve not only as an individual but also as a couple. It is a love where you can see the evolution right there in front of you. You see the playful high school love but you also see the mature deep and real love. It is a very unique kind of love and each time we get to capture it, we feel so honored.

Brianna and Jennis’s wedding was not only beautiful and heartfelt, but it was also very nostalgic. Her bridesmaids wore a pale yellow, the same color she wore to prom with Jennis. Photos hugged trees laying out a roadmap of their relationship. And each person standing beside them, was a testament to some part of their life and relationship, both individually and as a couple.

All of their sweet touches were paying homage to the beginnings of their relationship while building on the new and very exciting journey of marriage.
