With the people they loved most at their side, Lauren and Chad said their ‘ I do’s” surrounded by stunning mountains views at the iconic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. Since we started our wedding season in California, Lauren, and Chad we’re our first Colorado wedding of 2019, and I was so excited to kick off our year with stunning mountain views of none other than Long’s Peak!
Leading up to their wedding, I found myself constantly checking the weather. I would look at the radar, see the rain and get a little worried. Rain and thunderstorms were predicted at exactly the same time as the ceremony had been set for. I knew how much Lauren and Chad loved the mountain views their ceremony site offered. So as the days grew closer and we kept seeing the storm get pushed out, little by little, we grew ecstatic.
Right as the ceremony was about to begin, the skies opened up and it started pouring. Guest began to move under trees and watch the skies. Everyone looked concerned as the rain didn’t look like it was going to be stopping anytime soon. But, as quickly as it started it was gone. The music began and despite the light drizzle, Lauren made her way down the aisle to Chad. To some, this would have put a damper on their entire day, but Lauren and Chad we’re as happy as could be.
Despite the rainy beginning, the rain held off at exactly the right times, giving these two the most beautiful day. We loved celebrating Lauren and Chad and are excited to show you their day!
