Flowers in her hair

I love flowers! They add such a dainty feminine touch to a wedding day! And what better touch than to add a flower crown or a flower barrette. This is a new take on the traditional jeweled headpiece and one that I think is so beautiful!

Veils

I will be the first to admit, I did NOT want a veil. I just didn’t picture myself in one, but the moment I put one on, I felt like a bride. It added a soft touch to my outfit and I loved mine. It also gives two different looks you can have a first look without a veil than have a new look for the ceremony with a veil—so a win-win!

Loose waves

Lose waves are a trend I am completely loving. They give a relaxed vibe that screams romance while still being elegant enough for a wedding day. I love that this was a trend in 2018 and I totally see it continuing in 2019!

Well Fitted Wedding Attire

There are few things more attractive than a guy in a well-fitted suit! I mean a guy cooking and cleaning are up there, but a well-fitted suit probably tops the list. Getting a well-tailored suit for your wedding day is a must. Fitted suits keep you from looking frumpy, slim you, and give you a polished look. If you are going to go for the suit look, trust us and get it tailored.

And just like a well-fitted suit on a groom, a well-fitted dress is also a must. Even simple wedding dresses tend to have a few layers, so when a dress does not quite fit right it can bunch up and look frumpy. And nothing can ruin your mood/confidence more than constantly adjusting or pulling up your dress. When your focused on making sure nothing is showing and that it is sitting right, it can take away from the day. So while tailoring can be expensive, it truly is worth it!

Neutral Lips

I’m all for a bold red lip on the wedding day, but one trend I see for 2019 is the neutral lip trend! And I absolutely LOVE that trend, accentuating your own natural beauty is always a good idea. Soft pinks, blushes, nude, and matte colors are definitely a trend for 2019!
