I love the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Each time I shoot there I am inspired by the architecture, history, and romanticism of the venue. That being said, when Tina had brought up the mission as the location for her engagement session with her fiancé Patrick—I was ecstatic. Knowing how adorable they were, I knew it was going to be the perfect fit for their session—and it was. I am in love with these images and the way Patrick and Tina interacted with each other. One thing I loved, was how they were able to giggle with each other and let loose in front of the camera which is not an easy task. They are just all around adorable and have me counting down the days until we get them in front of our camera again!!
During my two hours with these two, the more I chatted with them, the more they impressed me. However, it wasn’t the fact that they are both surgical residence that impressed me most. Rather, it was the way they build each other up. Greg and I have learned that strong relationships are built on a solid foundation, and the way to create that foundation is to build each other up upon it. And that is exactly what Patrick and Tina do. When I asked what they like to do at home, Patrick went into detail on how they will ‘quiz’ each other on surgical topics in order to build the other up. Seeing them aspire to make the other better, was refreshing and inspiring. I am nothing but smitten about these two and am so excited to share this gorgeous session.
