EKKKK!!! I am so excited, I finally get to share this amazing inspired session with you! It was featured on Wedding Chicks today and now is available for you enjoyment!
In November I started working with Katie of Ribbon & Ink on a new look for Theresa Bridget Photography and I knew that with the new look I wanted to do something fun for the launch. A sort of kick off to a new year and new look. During the branding process we often talked about what type of wedding resonated with our brand, which is when the idea of a stylized shoot, stylized after our brand, came about. While I was a little hesitant because I have some strong feelings on stylized shoots (I’ll share more on that later), but decided to let my creativity take rein and go for it! And I am SO glad that I did!
I wanted the inspired wedding to be a reflection of my brand and the type of weddings I loved, so I did what anyone in need of some inspiration did—I took pinterest by storm! I curated a board filled with a modern-vintage vibe keeping with a color scheme of antique-blue, blush and gold. Once the theme and ideas were set, I reached out to one of my favorite coordinators Jenny of Jenevents and we worked to make the idea a reality. So many amazing vendors came together to bring my brand to life through this stylized wedding. Working with some of the best vendors reinforced something I tell all of my brides, the right vendor will make a huge difference on your wedding day! The vendors that collaborated on this shoot were amazing and brought to life my vision while adding their own expertise, which is just what you need on wedding day!
I adore so many elements of this shoot; it is like my brand is just leaping from the images! From the mini cake escort cards, to the perfect modern-vintage blooms, this inspired wedding makes me want to redo my own ‘I do’s’!
We hope that this wedding sparks some inspiration for your upcoming ‘I do’s’. Let us know what your favorite element is bellow in the comments!
